Shop regulations
This version of the regulations is valid from 11.08.2026
§ 1 General provisions.
1. These Regulations are addressed to Users of the Petite Pants online store, operating on the domain www.petitepants.pl, who are both consumers and entrepreneurs.
2. The online store available on the domains specified in point 1 is run by TBE Company Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. Jodłowa 3/5, 81-526 Gdynia NIP 9562367791, REGON 388665871, KRS 0000893739

4. To successfully place an order in the online store, a device enabling browsing websites with active Internet access, enabling filling in online forms (e.g., laptop, smartphone), having an e-mail inbox and a phone number, as well as providing data enabling shipping of goods, is required.
5. Placing a binding order in the online store (concluding a contract) requires full acceptance of the content of these regulations.
§ 2 Subject of sale
1. The subject of sale in the online store is clothing and accessories.
2. The prices of goods, as well as their descriptions, which are visible on the Store's website, are not an offer in the sense of the Civil Code, but constitute commercial information. They become binding after the Seller confirms the order.
3. The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods, as well as their descriptions, presented on the website, to introduce promotional prices for products, as well as to conduct sales of some products.
4. The Seller will make every effort to ensure that the stock levels visible on the Store's website are constantly updated and reliable. In the event of unavailability of the ordered goods, the Seller will immediately notify the Buyer of the impossibility of fulfilling the service. In such a case, the parties may agree on a substitute service or the Buyer may withdraw from the contract.
§ 3 Placing an order and concluding a contract
1. An order is placed via the order form (basket) available on the Store's website and adding individual products to this form.
2. Orders can be placed via an individual user account registered on the website or without registration.
3. The data required to place an order are: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, address of residence/business, shipping address.
4. The Buyer selects the goods, which they add to their form (basket), and then selects the delivery method and payment. After selecting the option "Order with obligation to pay" and the Buyer receiving confirmation of placing the order, the sales contract is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer under the suspensive condition of payment of the sale price within 3 calendar days from the date of placing the order.
5. Failure by the Buyer to pay the sale price within the aforementioned period results in the non-conclusion of the sales contract (cancellation of the order).
6. Upon receipt of payment, the Seller immediately begins processing the order.
§ 3a Right to refuse order fulfillment
1. The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the sales contract and refuse to fulfill the order, in whole or in part, in any case of justified suspicion that the order was placed for a purpose other than purchasing goods for personal use.
2. The right referred to in point 1 is granted to the Seller until the goods are handed over to the carrier for delivery.
3. The Seller informs the Buyer about the withdrawal from the contract electronically, to the e-mail address provided when placing the order. The Seller is not obliged to provide a detailed justification for their decision.
4. The Seller returns the payment made by the Buyer within 14 days from the date of sending the information referred to in point 3.
5. The Seller may additionally limit the Buyer's ability to place further orders in the online store, including blocking the possibility of using the individual User account referred to in § 8.
§ 4 Payment methods
1. The following payment methods are available in the online store:
a) fast transfer via www.petitepants.pl
b) traditional transfer to bank account: 16 1140 2004 0000 3302 8407 8299 mBank
2. Regardless of the chosen payment method, the Buyer is obliged to make the payment within 3 calendar days, counting from the day of placing the order.
3. The moment of payment is the crediting of funds to the Seller's bank account.
4. Upon receipt of payment, the Seller proceeds to fulfill the order.
§ 5 Delivery of goods
1. In Poland, in the online store, the Buyer can choose the following delivery methods for goods at the following prices:
- InPost Parcel Locker: PLN 12.99 - for orders over PLN 700, you can choose this delivery method for free.
InPost Courier: PLN 15.99 - for orders over PLN 2000, you can choose this delivery method for free. - DPD PickUp: PLN 12.99 - for orders over PLN 700, you can choose this delivery method for free.
- DPD Courier: PLN 15.99 - for orders over PLN 2000, you can choose this delivery method for free.
- Delivery outside Poland - according to the price list displayed by the Pickup Points PRO or DPD plugin
2. The Seller or the courier company confirms to the Buyer the handover of the package to the courier company via e-mail or SMS. At the Buyer's request, the Seller also immediately sends them the tracking number, enabling them to track it.
3. Upon receipt of the shipment, its condition should be checked carefully. If any damage is visible, please draw up a complaint protocol in the presence of the courier and inform us about it via the chosen contact method.
§ 6 Order fulfillment and delivery
1. The order fulfillment time in the Republic of Poland is from 1 to 5 business days, counted from the date of receipt of payment by the Seller.
2. The Seller reserves the right to extend the order fulfillment time during holiday periods, vacation periods, and winter holidays. Information about the period of interruption in order fulfillment will be placed on the Store's website with appropriate advance notice.
3. The delivery time for ordered products depends on the chosen delivery method and is specified when placing the order, but it is approximately 2-3 business days from the moment the order is sent by the Seller.
4. The delivery time for international shipments depends on the arrangements referred to in § 5 point 3. After these arrangements are accepted, the Buyer will be informed about the estimated time by the Seller immediately via e-mail.
5. In the event of the Buyer failing to collect the shipment on time and, consequently, the shipment being returned to the Seller by the courier company, the Seller will set an appropriate deadline for the Buyer to reconfirm the order.
6. In the event of non-confirmation of the order, the Seller will have the right to withdraw from the contract and demand from the Buyer compensation for any losses incurred, including the costs of deliveries and returns of uncollected shipments.
7. In the event of re-confirmation of the order, due to the need for re-shipment, the Buyer will be obliged to:
a) pay an additional fee for the delivery of goods, in accordance with §5 point 1 of the Regulations, and
b) pay the cost of returning the shipment, incurred by the Seller.
§ 7 Withdrawal from the contract
1. The right to withdraw from the contract is granted to: a) a Buyer who is a consumer; b) a Buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity and when the content of the contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.
2. In a situation where the persons referred to in point 1 have concluded a distance contract or an off-premises contract, they have the right to withdraw from such a contract: a) without giving a reason; b) within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
3. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if the subject of the service is an un-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individualized needs, as results from art. 38 point 3) of the Act on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014, in particular, the right to withdraw from the contract will not apply in the case of ordering personalized goods made to the Buyer's special order (e.g., in terms of inscription, color, or pattern).
4. A Buyer who wishes to exercise their right to withdraw from the contract should submit an appropriate declaration electronically, which can be found at: https://wygodnezwroty.pl/petitepants
5. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient to send the declaration before the expiry of the 14-day period. In the event of exercising the right to withdraw, the contract is considered not concluded, and the parties are obliged to return the benefits received from the other party.
6. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is obliged to return the goods immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which they submitted the declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
7. The goods may be returned only by any courier company chosen by the Buyer.
8. The costs of returning the goods (i.e., shipping costs, securing the goods, packaging, etc.) are borne by the Buyer. Shipments sent "cash on delivery" or at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.
9. The returned goods must be complete and must not show signs of use, i.e.: signs of damage, dirt, dust, odors, washing. After a negative consideration of the return (due to product damage, dirt, signs of use, washing or sending back after the statutory period), we will send information about the rejection of the product return to the e-mail address provided in the order. Within 7 working days, the returned product will be sent back to the specified address after the customer has paid the shipping costs to the bank account specified in the e-mail.
10. In the event of receiving a declaration of withdrawal, the Seller immediately returns the payments made by the Buyer: a) the price of the goods. b) the costs of delivering the order, but in the amount corresponding to the cheapest shipping option (delivery) available in the Petite Pants online store.
11. The reimbursement of funds paid is made, no later than within 14 days from the Seller's receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, to the Buyer's bank account. However, the Seller may withhold the payment of funds until the goods are received.
12. The Seller's preferred period for returning goods is 3 to 7 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. In this case, the Seller makes efforts to return the funds paid to the Buyer's bank account within 3 working days from the receipt of the returned shipment.
13. The refund of payments made will be made using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to a different solution. The Buyer does not incur any additional costs related to this refund.
§ 8 Agreement on the provision of electronic services
1. Through its website, the Seller provides Users with free electronic services, in particular the service of making a contact form available, the Newsletter message sending service, and maintaining an individual User account.
2. Each use of the contact form means the conclusion of an agreement between the User and the Seller for a definite period – for the period of the User's use of the message form, i.e., drafting and sending messages.
3. The agreement for sending Newsletter messages is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time at the User's request directed to the Seller via e-mail.
4. If the User creates an individual account, an agreement is concluded between the Seller and the User for the provision of an electronic service in the form of maintaining this account on the Store's website, enabling browsing the Store's website after logging into this account, and making purchases through it.
5. The agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time at the User's request, who will ask the Seller to delete their account.
6. In such a case, the Seller is obliged to immediately delete the account and all personal data associated with it, with the exception of data necessary for the Seller due to the protection of their legitimate interest (e.g., data of placed orders to comply with the Seller's obligations resulting from legal provisions).
7. Deletion of the User's account will take place no later than 14 working days from the receipt of the request for its deletion by the Seller.
8. Within all services provided electronically, the User may not provide unlawful content, in particular, may not post content on the website that is defamatory or otherwise infringes the rights of third parties.
9. In the event of a violation of the law or these Regulations by the User, the Seller will call on the User to cease the violations within 7 days of receiving the call. The call may be sent electronically. If the call proves ineffective, the Seller may withdraw from the service agreement and delete the User's account from the service.
10. The User has the right to file a complaint in case of comments regarding the provision of services referred to in points 1 and 2 of this paragraph. The complaint is considered by the Seller within 14 days, and the Seller notifies the User of the outcome of the proceedings via e-mail.
§ 9 Out-of-court dispute resolution methods
1. In the case of Online Store Customers who are consumers, it is possible to use out-of-court methods of dispute resolution between the consumer and the Seller.
2. At the following internet address https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=PL, there is the ODR Platform (Online Dispute Resolution), which allows for the initiation of out-of-court dispute resolution between a business and a consumer.
3. Furthermore, the consumer has the option to turn to the competent Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, in order to initiate mediation proceedings, as well as to a permanent amicable court operating at the competent Trade Inspection, in order to consider the case before an amicable court.
4. Free assistance in consumer disputes is provided by district or municipal consumer ombudsmen, as well as consumer organizations. More information on how to get help is available at https://www.uokik.gov.pl/sprawy_indywidualne.php.

§ 10 Copyright reservation
1. The Seller declares that both the Store's website and all content available on this website, including logos, descriptions, photos, graphics, and other images, constitute works within the meaning of the Act on Copyright and Related Rights of February 4, 1994 (Journal of Laws No. 24, item 83).
2. Any copying, disseminating, reproducing, retransmitting, or other actions in relation to the website itself or the content contained therein, including their duplication on other websites or in social media, is prohibited without the express consent of the Seller or another authorized entity.
3. Only quoting this page is permitted, provided the source is indicated by providing a link (hyperlink) on another website that leads directly to the Seller's website.
§ 11 Final provisions
1. Provisions regarding the protection of personal data and cookies, as well as the fulfillment of the information obligation regarding this data towards the Users of the Store's website, are contained in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
2. In the event of legal disputes with a Customer who is an entrepreneur, the competent court will be the court appropriate for the Seller's registered office. In the case of legal disputes with a consumer, the jurisdiction of the court will be determined on general principles.
3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law provisions will apply, including, among others, the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
